Unique work - drawn and hand painted by Italian artist Simone De Rosa. The Artwork it's painted by the artist with acrylic colors, spray paints and protective paint to preserve the work of art. Fluorescent colors were used to decorate some parts of the artwork, in the presence of uv light they make the object shiny. Background is created by playng 100 dollars collage. The theme used by the artist refers to the famous Uncle Scrooge with colors and splashes of paint, creating a special effect.
